I have been a patient at Brookside Gynecology for over 20 years.  The doctors are fabulous.  I can’t tell you how comfortable I feel when I walk into this office.  The nurses and staff that work behind closed doors are polite and affectionate.  I have recommended so many friends to this practice and they were very pleased as well.  If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere and for a positive experience, then Brookside is the one!

After my first visit, I knew I was coming back. Warm welcoming staff and caring nurses and doctors. I had to have major surgery and was fearful, but was rest assured that all would be ok, and it was. Thank you Brookside!

It is hard to find good medical care combined with good quality people.  Being a patient at Brookside for almost 10 years, I have found it.  The doctors and staff have proven themselves to be professional and caring. It is worth the trip!  I highly recommend Brookside Gynecology.

In late October, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Francis for heavy menstrual bleeding. I had trouble scheduling a biopsy with my previous healthcare provider. Dr. Francis took me right away. The biopsy revealed a polyp. She took it seriously but was non-alarmist revealing my anxiety. I scheduled surgery for late November. Everyone at Greenwich Hospital was nice and professional and put me at ease, from the intake person to the nurses, Dr. Francis and the anesthesiologist. Dr. Francis also called me as soon as the results of the biopsy came in to tell me that it was negative. No one wants to have surgery if it’s not necessary, but I will testify that my experience was positive yet happily behind me.

I had an emergency, and wasnt sure what I was going to do.  The office was able to get me in for an appointment, and sent me off to a specialist.  I was relieved to know that I was not in any danger as I thought I might be, but the calm and friendly demenour of Dr Filor definitely got me through it.  I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area that is looking for a new physician.  Thank you!!!!

I was a little reluctant to join a medical group that was not participating with my insurance, but once I arrived it was clear that I made the right decision.  The girls on the phone were very polite, and the front desk staff made me feel welcomed.  Dr. Filor was just an added bonus to my visit. As a older woman that is not bearing anymore children, it is really important to find someone that will take their time, and express interest in your overall care.  Kudos to Brookside!
